Module won't load

Ithilla has ran into a problem.

The module will not load in Single player, nor will it load thru nwnx

The module opens in the toolset but will not load in game or on a dedicated server. Our database is running and all of our haks are fine.

Does anyone have a idea on what could be happening?

http://www.robinsonworkshop.com is down for me too. Probably unrealated.

Did the website move?

That is my opinion, not nessasarily anyone else's opinon, might just be, but that would be a coincodence, and damnit, sometimes the crap I write is not even my opinion either.

I have a request in to the web host. it doesnt affect ithilla tho

Try loading it through NWNX. Then check your server logs. You should be able to open them up with notepad. Then it should show you whatever errors you're encountering.

Another thing, if have a crafting system installed on your module it can take up to 10 or 15 minutes for your module to load, and it will look like your client locked up when it really hasn't. At least that's been my experience.

OK. I have reverted to and found a workign copy of the module.. so much lost... maybe we can salvage some of the areas from the current corrupt build

"Module file might be corrupt." in the log file is always bad. Try importing things into the clean copy from the newer copies but be careful and keep a working copy isolated somewhere in case it happens again.

Your NWNX logfile says you don't have vaultster installed properly, and you don't have the profiler installed properly. You don't need the profiler, but you'll want to get Grimbo to install VaultSTER correctly. There's documentation on the Wiki I believe.

Oh.. I keep every copy/revision of the module. But from now on. every time we update we will test load so we don't get so far in the hole again

we have "lost" about 8 updates

seems an area was corrupted.. its been found..though it will take us a little bit to make sure we are back where we thought we were..

Yeah.. good news is all areas were recovered. we just have to check all the merchants, conversations, placables, adn area transitions
