It's a toss up between Planescape, Darksun, and Kara-tur. I also liked Al-Qadim a lot. The bonuses of each are really bonuses. Kara-tur had monks, samurai, and ninja's. Darksun had psions and mages weren't well liked. And Planescape had everything, and then some. I like Al-Qadim fire mages, the way they could get spells that they would normally not be able to cast through their familiar, and the fact that it was the only compaign I have ever seen with a LG lich
