I doubt that any other files, besides these 3 and CEP, are required, but I'll let Themicles confirm this.

AFAIK, copap_patch should not be needed after updating, as the patch fixes are incorporated into the new release

This HAS been confirmed in the world leader forums in the official hakpak order when it was asked.

I'm not interested in answering the same question in five different places, as well as in PMs, on IRC, and in IMs. The answer is already there.
