Update of PW's

It looks to me like the list of pw's might need an update. Ch'tar is obviously not up and running anymore, neither is Moonsea. Etheria's link only leads to some generic gamers site(didn't bother looking further) and Kintara's link is broken(So either discontinued or broken link?). I also know that the Outlands DO have a website, which is not linked. And EA: Legends of Valinor is on the linked worlds list, but I'm pretty sure it isn't..
