HTML version of the Articles of Confederation?

Could we get an HTML version of the enacted Articles of Confederation put back on the site? It makes it easier to read for those who are just visiting and don't want to download, and also something pw sites can put a link to. Also if there are page anchors in the page, then folks can refer to specific sections by using a link, rather than necessarily have to cut/paste/quote-format the text into their posts.

Also it would be good to put a version number or date on the Article so those who do download the PDF or Word versions can check to see if they have the current one if there are amendments and changes voted in later.

Hi,

Creating a webpage out of a Word Doc is a real pain. I've spent a good while converting the articles which our now available in HTML form from the articles webpage ( portal.php?getpage=articles ).

In the future, it would be preferable to edit the HTML page instead of the Word Doc. The HTML page can then be copied and pasted into Word in order to create a Word version.

If the changes are relatively minor (add a section, change some wording) then I'll update the HTML seperately from the Word Doc.

Does this sound okay to you, Orl?
