Hala got a new leader

I gave the lead of Hala to Drakuul this afternoon. He's hosting the mod now, and will take care of the team. Drakuul is an old and well-known Hala player, who used to be a DM there for a long time, so I'm sure everything will go flawlessly.
The address of the world hasnt changed, nor the website. I'll have to leave the scene for a few weeks (july to work away from my home, and august for holidays). I'll be back in september.
