Thay PW joins CoPaP

A brand new Forgotten Realms persistent world depicting the region of Thay has just joined CoPaP. Let's give a welcome to Cromwell and his staff. They have a good vision for what Thay will be like and we are happy to have them in our FR setting for CoPaP!
