Forum Updated to phpBB 3.2.8 and PHP 7.2

Dreamhost is removing PHP 5.6 from all of their servers, yesterday... Meaning I got an e-mail saying it would be gradually done to all servers through November and it is now December and my sites aren't forced to upgrade just yet.

Things you should know:

• The site will not have a "front page", called the portal, for some time. This site's portal was heavily integrated into phpBB2 and is not compatible with higher versions. I have been working on a replacement on and off for a couple of years.
• The site will still not have it's custom CoPaP specific theme ('Style' in phpBB speak). I will slowly work on a phpBB3.2.8 compatible replacement.
  • New Styles available:
    • prosilver Special Edition
    • Prosilver (Dark Edition)
• The reason for the changes is we are switching to PHP 7.2 and phpBB 3.2.8. Massive leaps from what was running.
• Avatars may be reset. Even if you see the preview of what you had in your user control panel, they may need to be re-uploaded.
