 Character Journal

I have my first character that is a real planewalker. Born on Mystara, he spend his time on Arkaz and Avlis, and has a job as a planar guide. He won't (probably) set in one plane. I'm planing to develop even further his planewalking, taking some time on the other worlds.

Where should I put his Character Journal? Here, in the In Character session? Should I put links to it in those worlds he become most active (Arkaz and Avlis)? Or should I keep multiple journals?

I don't know how many people who play on those worlds check up on the CoPaP site. If you want more people to read it, multiple journals would do the trick on the respective world your character is most active in.
