So I call to tell them there is an on again off again problem with the mysql DB...so they check and tell me, yep there is and open a ticket to fix it...all seems well until I notice the site is pretty much unaccessable right now..called them back and they tell me..oh we took the DB down to work on it, sorry your site shuold be up later.
