Outlands and it's issues

As some of you may have noticed, Outlands has been stagnant for the last couple of months.
Teleri has not been heard of since then, and we hope he's alright.
Now, the site and the server have both gone down as well.
Due to these issues, the small remnant of the team, me, Delmoth, and Dish_Wash, have started work on a \"stand in\" server.
This server will start with the town Hopeless, and is generously being hosted by Zebranky from the Hades team.
Our goal is to work our way around the great ring untill we hit Glorium. At that point we hope Teleri will be back and the servers will merge. Either by incorporating both into one, or via a link.

Please pay us a visit, and when it's up, take a look around the mod as well.
Also, are there any issues to do with CoPaP that we need to take in to account? I'm not sure a server has ever \"split\" like this before.
