We welcome the world of Tolmia into CoPaP

I just wanted to give a nice welcome to the folks creating the world of Tolmia, a homemade campaign planet which will be going online and connecting to CoPaP when it is finished.

I just want to let everyone know that we are extremely excited to be a member of copap. We are working hard on getting our website and our world information finished so that we can release to the public this information (which is expected to be done very shortly).
