Do they have the attribute (Enhanced +1) or is it Attack Bonus +1

Anything with the Enhanced attribute is effected.

I've been thinking about this too... What about immunity gear? Or stuffs like an Elf Sticker? (which has no enchantment bonus but d4 + d6 extra damage vs. the right enemy)

Immunity is not effected it is not tied to a plane, nor is dammage vs a specific enemy as that too is not tied to a plne but an enemy type...

The only things effected is AC bonus gear, Enhancement bonus weapons, and Bows that are magical.

No it is not designed to hamper nonmagical bonuses to attack or dammage.

Could you please clearify the bit about "Bows that are magical" ?

Cheers :]
