Downtime: Unexpected ISP downtime is over

Post by Themicles »

An unexpected disconnection of our service happened on Friday, February 13th, 2004. It appears that the connection is back in service, but we are unsure how stable it is. This issue was the on the ISP's end, and we have no control over it.

Until we are sure the connection is stable, we will be keeping the server down, and will be doing a lot of maintenance on the various machines here. The server could be down until Sunday, the 15th.

My apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

The downtime as detailed below is finished. The server is back up and running on a 3.0ghz P4 overclocked to 3.3ghz.
