Major Forum Updates

Post by Themicles »

---UPDATE---
All bugs should now be fixed! I will focus on making the Solaris theme compatible next. If you find any bugs with the forums as they are now, please report them.

---Original Message---
Attempting to get the subcategory hack installed again. Install was mostly successful. I am currently sorting through lost forum permissions for ambassadors, news moderators, DMs and so on.

Please be patient during this transition.

I've set up a simple, backup, server status page to use until I can fix the problems with the php eval() function choking on the script.

Actually, I think someone did finally release a version that works with CH. I'll see about getting it installed soon.

A minor forum bug, nothing to lose sleep over: when you click the "view posts since last visit" link, you get a list going back a long time--even if you visitted recently.
In incandescant rooms the walls entomb
The six-walled shadows bait like lion's jaws
The eyes that pierce the void reflect the gloom
Of blinded martyrs, groping for a cause

ya that was reported, it's not a bug..the forum just shows you any new post you have not looked at...so it should probably say 'View Threads you have not reviewed yet'
