Username invalid

I believe I accidentally deleted the confirmation email for my account, Daerthe ( I registered this afternoon.) The email account I listed gets a LOT of junk mail (I had almost 2000 pieces of mail when I checked it today.) Is it possible for someone to resend my confirmation?
