Hala Teleport spell

since hala forums are still down i will just ask here... how does that spell work ? i tryed to use it and as i selected mithro rest as destination it responed that i dont have knowledge of that area... though i was there before.

Teleport was used succefully on myself and my party Saturday night on Hala.

can you tell me thenl please how its used ? because it does not work for for me. i know that it work i just dont know how since you have to learn those locations somehow.
