During these wonderful outages I'm going to start putting up an Arena Play mod...it'll allow local legal characters so you can feel free to play, however the mod strips all items from the characters when you log in...it allows you to level up and contains all scrolls and such, and tons of items to build with. it also keeps score...I might leave it up more often if players enjoy it.
