Ok so I have the modem it works fine, the server is working fine, and the Telco reallocated my DSL... ARGH ok better now...

I have an emergency ticket in (thus it will take longer to fix) and they guentee that it will be fixed today. I am waiting with baited breath (NOT).

If the Telco is true to its word I will be back up and running within the next 12 hours or so.
