outlands will be offline for approximatly 24 hours 20 May 7:15 pm PST (GMT -8) through 21 May 7pm PST (GMT -8) because the DSLAM (definition) has blown during the storm here in the Seattle area. This is concidered a "non-priority" by QWest.
