where to advertise?

I want to get together a list of sites (non-copap world sites) where I can advertise for major CoPaP-wide events. I'm going to go hunting myself, but if anyone has any reccomendations on where I should place announcements, please reply to this thread.

NWVault and the Bioware boards are the best places I know of. Avoid posting on other PW's boards though since that just annoys the hell out of people.

NeverWinter Connections is a good place as well, as that is it's primary function anyway.
