Crimson Stars is a Spelljammer Presistant world. There will be some "conventional" land based adventuring, but mostly tied in the with Spelljammer theme. There will be lots of Spelljammer content: sailing between worlds amongst the stars, ship to ship combat, piracy, merchant runs, exploring strange ruins and lost asteroids...

The primary setting will be Shatterspace: a crystal sphere with no planets at all, just thousands of drifting asteroids. Spelljamming is an integral part of life in Shattersphere as its neccessary to get goods between the rocks. Eventually long abondoned trade routes will be opened up by brave adventurers which lead to other marvelous worlds, each much different then the last. And of course, as with anywhere, mages will open up portals to other planes and dimensions... which the occasional adventurer may sneak through.

More info will be posted about the setting as it becomes available and I have time ;)

Hey Night, can I make a suggestion? You might want to announce your new site address and forums on NWVault so that way all the old Mystic Nexus posters can find it again. Those boards had some active people, as I recall, and I have not seen them stopping by here yet.

yeah, I was planning on doing that, I was just waiting for CoPaP to be officially launched...

though, all the regular posters over at our forums were in our private development group, so they all know this is here (and are starting to post a bit now ;)

Hey all!
Nightbringer, well i cant seem to find a good test to see the upload speed ive got right now. If you know of one let me know! If i need to host it for a while. (a specific time each day), cool with me! :-P Its my only computer, but I will be more then glad to let it be used for this cause!

I had a crzy thaught a few ago. PCs have there own faction. But how much work would it be to script a faction specific to every player? Im always kinda working, (kinda not) on a module ill never finish! If you know of something like this let me know!

ive not heard an update in a long long time. Hows the mod comming along, Has it even started yet? And hows the other tilesets and stuff?

mod is coming along... still mostly bogged down in TBSJ stuff, but I've had some time to slap out areas of the Rock, n stuff...

hopefully much of our CC is wrapping up ;) I haven't seen an pics of the phlo in a while, not sure if it was done?

webpage is up, but I'll be going back and adding the mysticnexus stuff back to it, but that should be done soon (next day or two)

ummm... I don't think you can make new factions on the fly, but never really checked into it...

I'll post a public announcement of our new home once its a bit more settled, maybe late this week. Then hopefully I can leave that alone and get back to scripting / modding ;)
