Odd character customizer issue

Whenever I create a custom character with the 404 golem, it successfully changes and adds everything including hide, abilities, etc, but it doesn't remove old feats.

Example you want to make a Wemic so you make a Half-Elf, it goes through the process and turns you into a Wemic and gives you everything, but it doesn't remove all the Half-Elf feats. There are no errors or warnings in the watcher log.

Does anyone have any ideas about this?

If this doesnt cause an invalid character, then definitely there is something wrong with the character validation. What do you use for it?

Oh, the character validator goes crazy so I've turned that off till I get it fixed (I'm using the l404 one that comes with the character customizer).

I've still been trying to talk to Teleri about it due to the linux case sensitivity issue (means that the watcher doesn't find the files as sometimes they are requested uppercase, others lowercase and Windows doesn't care about this, but Unix is case sensitive). So the ELC checker is off for that reason too.

The annoying thing is that it actually worked the other day, but now it doesn't...

Mist: Any idea how the other worlds fixed this?

If you are using the linux version, I dont think I can be of help. But I'd bet the issue derives from the files the Creator reads in order to make the new bic. Something seems to be missing there...

Hmm, until I can solve this case-sensitivity issue I don't think I'm going anywhere, so teleri, if you're reading this, can you tell me what you did to solve the case sensitivity issue, thanks.

Does no-one know anything about this?
