"different" monster question

I'm kicking some ideas around in my head, and I have a question about monsters.
Let's take the pixies, for instance. As per the 3.5 MM, something like 10% of pixies have access to a special bonus spell. Is it possible to do this in NWN scripting without having two different monsters for two different types of pixies?
