Repeated Downtimes

My apologies for the further downtimes of Tairis'nadur. Currently, it is financially out of my control. Read on for more specific details.
First, this is NOT a discussion. We will not be using a prebuilt hardware router. Period. Don't argue the point.
The DSL connection is routed through a dual Athlon MP machine, that is NOT MINE. The DSL goes to the office room in this house. It is shared by the dual Athlon MP to the rest of the house, including the room that my servers are located. The problem? CPU A runs at 55C, CPU B runs at 70C+. CPU A has an aftermarket heatsink/fan assembly. CPU B has the stock heatsink/fan that came with it. Currently, money is extremely tight, bills are over a month over due... things are not good financially. We can't currently spare the money to buy a new heatsink/fan for the second CPU.
If it were my house, and I paid the DSL bill (well, we usually do), I'd already have this fixed. I have the spare machines that don't run hot that I can run the DSL through. Its not under my control though. For the time being, the server may be inaccessible at erratic times. The world itself is still running, but the internet is down.
