Update to Mystara's Rules

As of today Oct 15/04 a new rule will be added to the Lands of Mystara servers.
Any PCs who have been watchlisted, proven and banned on any CoPaP server will have there CD key & IP banned from Mystara, without warning.
On a side note , the website theknownworld.org is temporary out-of-order. Im awaiting for my webserver admin to come back from vacation, and it will be back up ASAP.
