Hala Server Splits into Two

We now have two servers running.
Hala, which encompasses the Island of Hala. All information for this server is the same as it has been.
Ysgard. This is a split off of the main server. I took all of the Ysgard Mainland areas and gave them their own server. The connection information for this server is the same as the Hala server with the exception of the port number which is 5122. Password is the same for both servers.
We have also updated a number of spells recently.
Weird, Wail, and Phantasmal Killer now recognize their respective Immunities, and Weird and Phantasmal Killer now accurately respect Will Saves.
