2 New Hak Paks

It's been a while, but it's finally here! HalaHak2_2 adds compatibility for flyable/pilotable airships that will be up and running on friday night. You will also have to download Nightbringer/Mystic Nexus' Arcane Space tileset. These are both now available on Hala's ftp site as well as the other 3 hak paks.
