I think I've narrowed down a problem (tell me if I'm crazy),
with the new version of the CoPaP hak (not the universal) the additional CEP weapon appearances are no longer showing up as an option when making weapons.
The Longswords for example, viewing a Jain is fine in preview but when you go to adjust the appearance the slots are all empty and only the default 9 choices are listed in the dropdown.
I've run a few control sets and I think it has to do with the CoPaP 4_3 hak.
Anyone else had this issue?

Yup, I had the same issue and already reported it (on the Avlis boards though). So Themicles is aware there's a problem with baseitems.2da (that's where the problem hails from).
Current items should be fine, but newly made items can't benefit from the complete range of choice we normally have available. I have confidence it'll be fixed soon enough, although if 1.65 comes soon it might have to wait till then.

So much fun,
yet so little time to enjoy it.

What Sindol said is correct.
This is known and will be fixed in a coming release.
Most people should be fine with existing items. I've heard only a VERY FEW reports of people crashing as a result. Not enough to convince me that it's a rampant problem, nor that their crashes are due specifically to this very bug.
