Is Taunt hardcoded?

Is it possible to change the function of the Taunt action available from the Radial at all? Or at least add to it?

Some applied functions for the Intimidate Skill and Bluff would be pretty awesome, but I have no idea if this is even possible.

Just to give you an idea: Add a 'sub menu' to Taunt that has three selections.

One for the standard Taunt, works as usual.
One for Intimidate, fires off a check against a DC and has IntimidateEffect
One for Bluff, fires off a check against a DC and has BluffEffect

Effects would, of course, have to be agreed upon by CoPaP in the usual fashion.

It not only adds to the flavor, but gives these otherwise Dialog only skills a use again.
