CEP update on Avlis

Is the incorperating CEP on Avlis just on Avlis or all COPAP worlds?

All CoPaP worlds, it will be just like the Universalhak is now.

The "Avlis CEP Update" is actually the CoPaP CEP update.
In order for CoPaP worlds to use the CEP, we have to modify the CoPaP and Universal hak.
All CoPaP worlds use the Universal hak.
All CoPaP worlds use most, if not all of the 2das in the CoPaP hak, if not slightly modified, or somewhat overriden by another, world-specific, hak.
