I'm all for changing the DC of heal kits effecting disease and poison... I'm all for giving an AoO for their use.... I dont agree with making it impossible to use them in combat, for several reasons, not the least of which is the whole realism argument. Realism: Realism in NwN is a Joke...you can us...

About the only useful change I can see here is to allow an AoO when using a kit..provided that isnt hard coded. however if kits are made to be unusable in combat, then you will have eliminated the possibility of healers in Combat...most players have worked out a method wherein second liners actually...

I also find that using heal kits on poison may remove the poison itself but not the aftereffect (i.e. reduced con what-have you) that still requires rest/restoration The effect would hurt lowbies badly I think...who go through kits like nobodies business...I also suspect that a larger percentage of ...

I think you're seriously overstating the influence of epic areas. Possibly... maybe even probably...but my solution is the same talked about in the posts that follow, its about respawn times...For example.. take Mistcallers example of spiders in Caves... Look at the spider caves in Elysia...well it...

Stop building Areas for Epics.....stop building to offest their presence... make more areas for the low/mid level guys.... If you have to have an epic area, make sure respawns never reset until the server does. Judging form Alex's thread about at least one player...there are enough places one can go...

I say hats off to Abyss for picking a strict rules set and sticking with it... wanna talk to the creator of teh HAK.. go here ...he may be able to work with us to get the 2da's modified so that it doesnt conflict with CEP...he says he's tried to avoid the CEP reserved areas... if you can get him to move the lines in teh 2da to where you want it...hey you never know...big feath...
