My apologies. I dropped the ball on this one.

A few things got lost in the shuffle while Orleron was handing management over. He did forward your e-mail.

I'll look for it in my inbox.

Moved back.
No, I didn't fix the front page. Either someone with more access than I have did, or it... fixed itself.

We're currently working on streamlining our application process. Application delays have been a small, but important part of our trouble recruiting. I will update this thread with new information when we are done. EDIT: Of note: We did have a complete team early on. The Real Life monster ate most of...

IIRC, he even thought of including a bittorrent client, to fasten up the distribution of the haks. If that can be done, great... But I'd rather it not be the sole option. Should be able to choose between mirror with auto-install, bittorrent with auto-install (if done), and NWVault links (NWVault wi...

Now, what about the launching itself? It could launch just like the direct connect shortcuts do, or ASK for example. But there is also *some* way to tell NWN to log in with a specific character... I mean, it's done during portalling. When you portal even between Avlis servers, you are actually relo...

Unless of course we want the passwords in the online ini. Well, no, of course not. ;) Personally I don't think ads are a good idea unless we use them as leverage for someone like nwvault or to pay for hosting of the haks ourselves. I feel the same way. I don't think we should do ads for ads sake in...

I'd like to see one configuration client-side, unless Linux has something akin to the Windows registry (doubt it). That configuration would be defining where your NWN dir is, so that the program can automatically extract and place the file in the right place. This would mean, though, that the progra...

- Direct connection, not ODBC - I am using the latest watcher, this is the one that allows wings to be added and is currently running on avlis, pretty sure noone else has a copy of this one yet. - mysql connector version 3.0.16 (sheesh, seems i am out of date there) - mysql server 4.1 - windows 200...

MySQL 4.1.16-nt, same DBWatcher package as Tairis (I think). We have a direct MySQL connection, though, not ODBC. And Catara? Psyco, you too, are you doing ODBC or direct? Tairis does ODBC for service reasons. I run Tairis as a system service using srvany.exe. There are a number of issues with doin...

What version of mysql are you running, and what version of the java mysql connector are you running? Since Tairis' doesn't experience this, I'll answer the question as well to see if it helps anyone. Tairis is currently running MySQL 4.0.20a-nt-max on Windows 2000. The connector in use is the same ...

Tairis has MySQL, DBWatcher (With both AutoBIC and ELC), and NWServer with NWNX all on the same box. Also of note is that this is my main PC and at any given time, it has anything from TV tuner card software, to a high end game running. Tairis is running Java 2 Runtime Environment 1.3.1_04. Tairis h...

Wish that was something I had the power to look nito. Alas, I'm not a Java programmer...

All I can really say is that I've never had problems with DBWatcher, or the AutoBic/ELC modules for it. If you haven't already, try the package on the alternate FTP .

Latest in game screenshot of the rounded standing hut. The tile is decorated with placeables, and the screenshot was taken while possessing a goblin.

Keep in mind that these interiors are small. I'm not even sure a dragon model would even come close to fit. But goblins? Just the right size. Not sure if that's what BioWare intended, but these will be great goblin huts. They will nearly perfectly match their exteriors. In fact, the tiles will be us...

Gauging Interest in a Tile Project

I'm making some interiors for a couple BioWare tiles for use on Tairis. I'd like to know if anyone else is interested in them, so I can decide just how far to polish this little project. If I end up using it only on Tairis, I'm not going to go much beyond just making them work. But if others want th...
