Correct, this means DM's won't be able to take that item through the course of *normal* looting.

As for bags, if they have one of the banned properties on them, yes, they can be tagged. If not, because they can't, then no. :)

Exactly, Arandil. I don't understand the fuss either. I think the major issue here is many of the posters simply do not understand what Psyco is proposing, because all of the counter-arguments seem to have nothing to do with what he was saying.

The idea of going from Avlis death planes to other CoPaP planar servers has always been there. Really this is why the portal to Hala was originally put in the Ysgard death plane, you know. But you're right, the problems of equipment are hard to get around.

The character with one set of Boots of Speed will happily agree, and the solution works nicely. But the characters that have built up some cache, either because they are collectors, or merchants, they WILL loose items, simply because they wouldn't be able to carry on with all these items being curs...

Sarrena, we've done a ton of link tests already with Abyss, no? (Thought you'd be a pro there for getting a link up going.)

Avlis has at least one system that puts a variable on items made there that tell what the homeworld is. Dougnoel can shed light on that subject, so you can ask him.

That's true, unless you have a race that just has stat adjustments, an already-existing base race, and absolutely no racial feats or special abilities. Limited case, certainly, but still possible.
