I personally think that much more harm to disease / poison effectiveness comes not from healing kits, but from immunity to poison / disease amulets that are so widespread. One could easily buy it from...

Definitely going to travel to all the worlds, as I like exploring and seeing new places a lot. CoPaP is great for this purpose. Just need to find more free time for my characters..

I think the key here is that CoPaP worlds (and on greater scope - different PWs) are different, even if it's in minor things. People tend to like different things too, so some will like one place more...
