I do that, unfortunately Windows Server 2003 is being a pain in the rear about letting me disable the login on startup so until the password is typed in the startup isnt processed. I know how you feel. I just had to build a new server for NT due to a mobo meltdown that took the CPU and RAM along for the ride.
