It also accepts Avarial for Elf, but it doesn't accept Moon Elfs. Moons would need to be added as well.

One of them sounds corupted. Re-download them, and that should solve the problem.

The Silver Color is typically the Enviromental mapping on creatures, and .haks haveing some trouble. Relogging, or turning off the mapping helps as well.
