It may take some time for nameservers and such to take effect, but notice that this is a new domain as well.

Any non-chaotic are the requirements for what is around CoPaP.

Hala/Ysgard does allow for this as well, and we follow the Avlis rules and guidelines to player housing as linked above by JollyOrc.
