Hala currently implements the system that was announced here a while ago. We havent update it since then.

About the OnExhausted event : from what I saw in Hala, it's not always fired when the encounter is exhausted : about 10% - 20% of the time (edit : it is not fired), independant of server load (I also noticed that while I was alone on my test server).

From what I saw, yes, there are ways to increase this max value, as options on the functions calls. But none of them are used, they're all set to 0. I let them in the script btw.

The fully cleaned version on this script is currently on test on the Hala server. I'll put it here as soon as I'm sure there's no bug left in it, no later than tomorrow. The script was 1600+ lines, it's less than 1200 now. I dont know who wrote it (Brent ?), but someone should really remove the copy...
