I tried to change my Half-Elf into a Tiefling a couple of minutes ago, and followed all the procedures outlined by the character creator NPC but when I logged back in [made sure to wait a while], I was wearing the 'Tiefling Outfit' but was still, for all other purposes, still a Half-Elf. Is there so...
