CoPaP

Being new to Avlis, and being worried about not having many people to play with, I'd recommend that you start on the Elysia server there. It may be the most newbie-friendly server, and is also probably the most consistently populated at present.

I have noticed at least two or three current NWN CoPaP PW's that seem to be planning a NWN2 PW (Avlis, of course, is one).

So, I'm wondering who all out here is doing that, and if you already have forums or anything set up. Anything we can look at or get involved with?

Right now I think Avlis is the big holdup. Most CoPaP Players play there to and are holding off on the switch until Avlis updates not sure what is taking so long for them to get started. I haven't been able to access the Abyss forum all day. Anyone else have the same problem, or is it just me?

Can't say I've played in them all, but Dragonlance was my favorite for a long time until Darksun came into the picture. Then I stopped playing PnP though, so it's CoPaP now.

I'm sad to see this. I enjoyed the server while it was getting going (although once school started, I had much less time to play than I did in the summer, so rarely got to log in there). I had hoped it would grow to the point where it would have a solid base of players, but I guess that isn't going ...

Do we need any new haks for Catara for this update other than the ones in Themi's thread?

As always, I get confused about such things. Can we already go ahead and update to CoPaP Hak 4.5, Universal Hak 4.5, and CoPaP TLK 3.5 even if we do NOT update to 1.66, and then still be able to play on worlds that have not yet updated to 1.66?

Not only do I think DM's should be allowed to prevent characters from server hopping IC'ly, I also think they should do it OOC'ly (prevent it, as with Kuras and the other Avlis servers). Not all the time, but at least in situations like the Elysia situation. I want to give people the benefit of the ...

Didn't realize this was such a problem. Good thing I don't CvC much. No wonder I always lose when I do, though. (Couldn't possibly be my tactics, heh.)
