If that works then you have an issue with your cache or something causing the url not to be translated to the proper ip address.. might be dns propagation or something. That link will only work for as long as Zebranky's ip doesn't change.

Just for confirmation, At worst, it should be possible for us to be part of the same team, but for Sigil to be on a seperate server. Or we could integrate it into our current server with you leading that part of it. Also to be terribly honest there hasn't been much interest in Outlands either from w...

I'm confused, how is this going to work with an outlands plane also there?
Will we have two Sigils?
Or will every exit from Sigil, your world, lead into ours?

Indeed, Mabus it would be great if our two worlds could merge. We have not started Sigil, and are having trouble at the moment due to lack of builders, and exams for a few of us at the moment. Send me a PM if you're interested, my speciality is scripting, and my building skill is nonexistant... ;) T...

Little bit of info on walkmeshes. I've done a bit of research and come up with the following: A module containing merely a 16x16 area (outdoors) with placeables, came to 24 mb in size. The two main files causing this size were a .TRX and a .TRN file. Apparently the .TRN file is the terrain data used...

Hmmm what can I say. Make sure you really want to be doing this. Ensure you're going to have the time. Don't start it in nwn1 with the goal of porting as much as possible to nwn2. Plan out a strategy to publicise your PW, and start thinking about a team. Wait till nwn2 comes out and pray PW's will b...

*gets a coughing fit and turns green* Of course of course! Seriously though, with nwnx already being worked on for nwn2, apparently with help from the nwn2 programming team, I see no reason why something like vaultser won't also be easily produced. Besides the toolset, scripting language, and user i...

In case anyone's still having these issues, it's the shiny water effect.
Turning that off fixes the crashing.
Not sure what the issue is but that's definitely what's happening.

Outlands and it's issues

As some of you may have noticed, Outlands has been stagnant for the last couple of months. Teleri has not been heard of since then, and we hope he's alright. Now, the site and the server have both gone down as well. Due to these issues, the small remnant of the team, me, Delmoth, and Dish_Wash, have...
